Kindly follow the below steps if you need to enroll a user manually
1. Log in with your administrator account
2. From the left panel (the Navigation drawer) click Site administration
3. Click the Users tab
4. Click Add a new user.

5. You can give Admission number or first part of email Address of your user as username
6. Enter a new password and tick the option force password change
7. Add the user details
8. Click Create user
