Report : List of users by Grade


User should have already enrolled to a grade

UnEnroll user

  • If you aren’t logged in, Login with your administrator account
  • From the left panel (the Navigation drawer) click Site administration
  • Select Users tab
  • Click on Bulk user actions
  • Add an filter ‘course role’ with desired options. You can select student / teacher /non-editing teacher and also select grade
  • Click on add filter. Now you will see the list of all users enrolled in that grade
  • List of Users are displayed under the list of All Users
  • Click Add All
  • To get list of Students Choose the Download option or Display on page

Now you have completed the getting the list of Users

  • With Selected Users you can Delete or Force password Change Option
